Okay… we do have to talk about one Super Bowl ad. It’s the 2024 collaboration we didn’t know we needed.
Michael Cera x CeraVe
The most unexpected, brilliant, collaborative ad campaign for CeraVe started just before the Super Bowl, and we need to talk about it!
Influencers of all levels are getting in on it, and Michael Cera(Ve) is popping up in the most unlikely of places, including on the streets, in ads and mock interviews, and on little stickers on bottles of CeraVe “cream”.
This campaign not only made its way through the influencer circuit, endorsed by all levels of influencers on their page, but all the way to the Google search page–making “did Michael Cera create CeraVe?” one of the top questions when starting the question on google.
This campaign is absolutely working overtime. CeraVe collaborating with an unexpected, non beauty oriented public figure, and going the distance with the campaign storytelling, is why this campaign will continue to be talked about long after Super Bowl LVIII.
