Create posts without spending hours on them. 10 fill-in-the-blank prompts that make posting EASY! 🤩
Sometimes writing captions can get formulaic and sound unoriginal. We’re here to help you create them easily, and engage your followers.
Here are 10 MORE different formulas for writing your social media copy. Just fill in the blanks 👇:
[first sentence: reintroduce the problem you solve]. [second sentence: give people a fact about why your way is the best way]. [third/final sentence: tell people what they can do to get the results you promise—include a link (except Instagram)].
[explain what you do day-to-day]. [tell people why and how it helps clients]. [express gratitude to do the work you do].
[define a program/product/service]. [explain what you do differently and why people like it]. [add a CTA with a link (except Instagram)].
[how is the experience of working with you unique?]. [explain why people prefer you over other providers]. [add a CTA directing people to how they can find your product and love it too].
[propose a problem that you can solve]. [explain how you would solve it]. [CTA: tell people if they’re needing similar solutions you can help, include a link (except on Instagram)].
[Use an image or video that you can expand on—explain the basic premise of the photo or video]. [go one step further and give an interesting or useful detail not in the photo or video]. [CTA: ask people if they want to learn more, and ask them to message you or add a link (but again—don’t use links in Instagram captions)].
[state a fact about your company]. [back up that fact with a peek into your process]. [CTA: expand a bit on the process, and offer to talk more with people who are interested].
[quote a happy/satisfied client]. [explain what you did for them]. [CTA: remind people you can solve that problem for them as well; link where to get the solution (except on Instagram—but tell them where they can find a clickable link)].
[short summary of what your company is passionate about]. [explain what solutions are offered to clients or potential clients]. [CTA: let them know if they need someone passionate about (insert problem) your company can help].
[lay out a common industry problem]. [explaining how your services could be the solution]. [CTA: let people know if they have similar issues that you can help them overcome those obstacles to be more successful–links can go everywhere but (you guessed it) on Instagram].
